Self Representation Support

If you are self-represented in the Family Court we can assist you to think through care arrangements that will suit your family needs.  Discussing your circumstances with someone familiar with developing unique Parenting Plans can help you to clarify the issues affecting your decision making.     We will not provide legal advice but general guidance can be given regarding how to prepare court paperwork that it is child centred and clearly communicated.

Conflict Coaching

Formal conflict resolution options such as mediation or court, may not suit every family or every issue.  Some people may want to try approaching conflict situations informally.  We can help you to explore different options for approaching each conflict situation, taking into account any desired objectives and the communication styles of yourself and the other parties.

Shared Conversations - Seminar Sessions

There can be benefits to participating in discussions with other people facing similar issues.  Some people also like to gain information and then reflect on things individually.  We provide seminar sessions on specific topics as a basis for individuals to gain new information, share any successful strategies and learn from other people’s experiences.  These sessions are very engaging but sharing is always voluntary.
