Family Challenge

Family Challenge is a unique process where families participate in discussions which explore the needs of various family members with greater rigor.  Conversations may be around a family member with a particular physical or mental health challenge, disability, life stressor or adjustment difficulty like relocation or the recent loss of a loved one.

If one or more family members are finding things difficult it can be helpful to more thoroughly review the family context to date and the specific needs of different family members.  Families will then explore options to help SHAPE a family future that will benefit all family members.
